The Staten Island Long Term Recovery Organization (SILTRO) formed as a registered 501(c)(3) in the aftermath of Superstorm Sandy to ensure a well-coordinated and equitable long-term recovery for our community. We continue to work together to respond to the needs of our community resulting from COVID-19 and to foster preparedness for future disasters.
